The front office is very organized and professional. Very clean , inviting and comfortable.
Intake nurse is very competent, makes one feel comfortable, listens, has compassion as well as is not fluffing you off as another number for the day. This nurse told me exactly when I was last in the office and why it took me so long to return ( life) and gently pointed out that it was in my best interest to be consistent with my appointments going forward.
My Doctor is the best doctor in the world. Listens, no judgment, looks at everything as my mouth is moving from nerves the Doctor is checking my scalp. Very kind, gentle and asked me kindly to follow-up routinely upon I promised and I don't break promises so I'll be there in 4 months. I'm a fortunate person to be able to receive such great care. Thank you.

I visited Pacific Dermatology to have a 1/4-inch mole removed from my chest, a procedure that should have been very straightforward. Unfortunately, the experience and results were far from satisfactory. The day after the surgery, the wound became infected, seemingly due to the poor practice. Shortly after, the stitches gave way, leaving me with a much larger wound, approximately 2 inches by 1 inch, on my chest. When I returned to address these complications, my concerns were dismissed, and I was told the issues were my fault and my own doing. The only solution they offered was to redo the surgery for an additional cost or due a healing cream. Overall, it was a frustrating and disappointing experience coming from what should have been a simple procedure.

Beautiful space, very clean, front desk staff were very patient and helpful.
The PA was awesome, very thorough, kind, friendly, patient, answered all of my questions.
Her assistant was also kind, helpful, and patient.

Have had and just had Basal Cell Carcinoma sites surgically removed and must say that I am so thankful for such an excellent and knowledgeable Dr. Evans and her entire staff!!! Many thanks for feeling comfortable and knowing I was in good hands!! Also many thanks for follow-up calls by Dr. Evans and staff!
Very professional dermatology group and highly recommend for procedures that require dermatology treatment.

The best dermatologist is Tracy Evans and her team! She takes great pride taking care of you. She listens, does not rush you listens!! I love the office full of energy and they make it fun!
I have had many mohs surgery’s done by Dr. Evans and the most caring PA ‘s. I highly recommended this practice for any for your skin care needs! I feel so blessed to have found the BEST dermatologist!! 5 ? the whole practice!
