Gus Kabobs

Wanted to try something different, so I came to Gus Kabobs. The food was delicious and flavorful. I really enjoyed my food here. Also being over 100 degrees outside. Inside was nice and cool. Will definitely be coming back to try out new dishes!

Extremely delicious and great service. They have good portions and fair prices. I’m surprised they aren’t more popular but it could be due to the location. The owner is super cool and gives free water outside for the homeless I’ve even seen him give a free plate of food to a homeless guy and didn’t record it to show off like most people would he’s a truly compassionate person/owner and the food is amazing.

The lentil soup, and the spicy chicken plate are always a 5/5. The spicy chicken wrap and garlic wrap are a hit or miss, if you are eating it fresh at the restaurant it’s 5/5, when waiting on delivery or pick up I noticed the wrap itself becomes soggy and falls apart. Service is pretty fast pick up is usually ready in 10-20 mins, however if they are short staffed or the restaurant is busy the cashier is then helping in the back so it might take a while for you to pick up, most I have had to wait is 10 mins. It is located in downtown so it’s paid street parking till 5pm. Atmosphere is nice, restaurant is clean, staff is really nice.

The only reason I'm giving a review is because the girl at the counter was the only cute/ professional person. The owner Gus, seems to not care about veterans getting any sort of discount because according to him "the food is already at a cheap enough price". It's more of the principles of it and clearly judging based on the conversation I heard ? ? I'm slightly more upset about their discussion of me. Yes, I understand the language. Regardless of the price or what someone orders from your establishment, you should show some sort of gratitude ? to our active duty and veterans who have served. Or to the ones who paid the ultimate sacrifice for you to have the freedoms that you have and will continue to have.

Best Mediterranean food I have EVER had!!!! Staff are super friendly and fast service. My whole family had their minds blown by this food! Recommend to EVERYONE!

Great value very reasonably priced and unlike the other med places they aren't going to rip you off for an extra sauce! The food is amazing the fact that it isn't overpriced just makes it taste even better. Outdoor seating by a koi pond what more could you ask for.

Small family owned restaurant in downtown, was a pleasant surprise, their food was delicious, fresh and made from scratch , also big portions for that price ,tried their falafel Shawarma wrap , fried zucchini, fries , falafel with hummus, garlic sauce…. Ended up taking a lot for later …… if they keep it cleaner and decorate it a bit , with wall paintings and all , it will be very busy for the dine in
