I love this location. I visited for the first time a few days ago and I must say it was exceptionally clean... I mean it should be...it just opened not long ago.☺️ Just needed to pick up something from the deli. This is like a new and improved deli. I loved it! The only thing I didn't love was the organization of the women that helped me. They were a little all over the place but nonetheless they still did good. Plenty of grocery options and wonderful stocking! Highly recommend checking it out.

I was really disappointed with the deli service at Public Supermarket. The wait time was painfully long, even though there weren't many customers. The employee working behind the counter moved incredibly slowly, making the whole experience frustrating. I understand that things can get busy, but it seemed like he had no sense of urgency. If you're in a hurry or just don't have the patience to wait forever, I wouldn't recommend stopping by their deli. Hopefully, they can work on training their staff to be more efficient in the future.

I purchased a box of chicken from the deli and when I got home , I broke a chicken thigh to eat and it still had blood coming from it! I didn't feel like going all the way back to the store since I had just got off work. I put the chicken in stove to finish cooking the rest of the chicken. Not pleased , I've always been fun of Publix fried chicken, but after this experience I'm going to pass on the deli fried chicken from now on.

Nice clean(NEW) store. Each Isle was marked by large signs, so I saw allergy medicines, and I did not have to interrupt a clerk for assistance. Self check outs were all up and running. Not just 2 or 4. Parking lot had large, clean spaces. Experience was excellent, and everyone was busy with their section. I shall return to this location again.

Every worker was very friendly and greeted me with a smile. An attendant named Emanuel went as far as to prep some meat for me even though the store had run out. The cashier was also very nice. 5/5 service! 🙂

Food is Fresh whenever I shop there! Best foods to go the Mardi Gras wings!! However I noticed the portion has gotten smaller, it's probably not Publix fault, but the supplier. I suggest getting a different supplier, IJS

I’ve been a loyal Publix customer for years, and as a former Publix employee, I know firsthand the high standards the company has for customer service. Unfortunately, I’ve had multiple frustrating experiences with Lejai, a sales associate in the bakery. Her attitude comes across as rude and unhelpful, which is disappointing and takes away from the overall shopping experience. It’s disheartening to feel unwelcome, especially in a place that prides itself on customer satisfaction. Because of this, I’m considering taking my bakery needs to another location. I hope this feedback is taken seriously to improve the service in the bakery.
