Not a good experience at all defrauded at movein ganged up.on by a group of maintenance workers I suffered a injury my dog poisoned by Kendall Harrison who took rent 309 twice knowing I owed no rent she defrauds HUD by stealing first months rent free she has been harassing me without stop under oath I have no choice but to sue everyone involved the owner is outta state i discovered their doing hugeaol.fraud a group rather than just her packages come daily for the top tear I noticed Friday ups came five cars came and they all ran to back lane to retreive yet more they have a renters insurance on me without telling me she comes in myhome steals. And leaves roaches and fleas damaging my property she destroyed all my appliances I begin to be convinced that they were going to cause me more than the fatal injury a stairwell banister was deliberately unattached cause me injury a huge grapefruit size bruise and my back was hurt so badly I have never been more disrespected in my life because I love God and trust him is why I have located the true owner partnership and have filed federal court papers she also hacked into my page account to create huge bills on

After several attempts to contact them, I finally got ahold of their company "Mission Rock" to book my appointment for a tour. I left work early and showed up early - however no one ever came. We waited almost a half hour after our scheduled time. I called the number on the door... it went to an automated system. I called Mission Rock and they said "don't know what we can do for you." I called the number on the email confirmation and got a message "we are not taking calls right now." We saw a current tenant and she said she wasn't surprised. Wanting to give it one more try, my Fiancé stopped by on his way to work and saw someone. She gave him her email address, I emailed and politely asked for a tour - not mentioning anything above. And got no answer back. I don't understand how basic politeness and business etiquette is just completely ignored. I know they have availability because my fiancé and I both asked (both Mission Rock and the woman at the leasing office) and were told yes. So it's a conscious decision to ignore calls, abandon appointments?

Toured in three times and put down a deposit. Ultimately we just couldn't move forward. Cosmetically they did a nice job...the actual quality of construction is really poor, but they made what were really awful apartments LOOK nice. However that doesn't make up for the fact that this place sits ON Hwy101. The freeway truly is your front yard. They're also breaking ground on condo construction immediately next door (as of Jan 2018), so everyone at Parc Marin will live through all that entails for the coming year+. And finally, the landscapers use Monsanto Round Up. So everyone living there, their pets, their kids are all being exposed to it every time it's sprayed. Before singing we asked for clarification as to whether they were willing to use a non-poisonous weed-killer. They never got us an answer on that, but they were more than happy to keep our deposit while they sat on the open question. No thanks!
