Inizio con il raccontarvi la mia esperienza a MIAMI, prenoto una Ford mustang da Alamo car di un acconto dall’italia per l’auto in questione pago un supplemento di 90$ per la questione età perché ho 23 anni e per poter portare quest’auto , arrivò in aereo porto a MIAMI e mi dicono che l’auto non me la possono dare per via dell’età , mi metto subito alla ricerca e trovo LUI MT.LUXURY RENTAL che mi ha salvato la vacanza pago un supplemento di solo 40$ per l’età velocità lo contatto ed in un paio di ore mi porta l’auto senza nessun supplemento , lui è un domenicano molto simpatico e alla mano TI RINGRAZIO VIVAMENTE AMICO MIO.

I highly recommended Mr Luxury Rental in Miami they are situated right at the end of Lincoln Road, from the moment I made contact about my visit Diego was extremely helpful and was able to offer me a new Chevrolet Camaro in racing red. The price was reasonable and when I arrived in Miami I was greeted by Diego on WhatsApp and he gave me a location to pick up the car. Everything about the rental on that day went smoothly and I met with Diego to drop if the car outside our apartment. If your looking to rent a car in Miami then Mr Luxury Rental is definitely the place to get it from. Thanks Diego 🙂

Avoid this company!

I absolutely cannot recommend this company. I rented a car and paid a $500 security deposit, which was supposed to be refunded upon returning the vehicle. Despite multiple attempts to contact them and repeated assurances from the manager, I have yet to receive my refund.

To make matters worse, my messages have gone unanswered for several weeks.

I have now opened a case with Amex and hope to recover my money through them.

I wouldn't recommend renting from here. Also looking at the other negative reviews I assume this will be met with a harsh reply from the owner.

We had a booking to get to, so we showed up at the office to collect the car on time at 9am. Diego said he would be there in 10 mins, and then showed up at 9.32am. We were told then that they didn't have the convertible car we rented and that we instead would need to take the only other car, which was a basic Toyota... Not much luxury involved.

By the time we actually got in the car and could drive away it was 10.10am and we were late for our booking, and in a car we could have picked up for cheaper at any high street car rental company.

If the communication had been good and we our time had been respected then I would have just put this down to it being a small car rental company trying to get by. However our time wasn't respected, the staff was late and there was no ownership taken of the issue at all.

Basically if you want avoid hassle and poor service, avoid Mr. Luxury Car Rental.
I read the negative reviews before we chose this place, and I chose to ignore them. Don't make the same mistake.

DON’t make the same mistake that I did, PLEASE, they are cheeky, they kept my $250 deposit for a small scratch and when I rented the car is full of scratches and that's how I rented it, very careful! DON’T loose your money. I attached the picture so you can see!!
