We ordered chicken tenders and then gave us 2 burnt tenders that were very skinny. The mac and cheese wasa very small portion. The workers were very rude as well. They we rollin their eyes and giving attitudes when we asked for assistance. I do not recommend ?

pulled up to the drive thru the representative stated he would be right back. Almost 15 min later, cars were lined up behind me and still no response. I spoke into the speaker hoping to get a response with again no results. I decided to pull to the window to finally order food and that’s when the representative spoke to the car that was behind me, at this point they are riding their food and i am in between cars, so i decided to leave without ordering. This is not the first time that this location has had a long wait for someone to finally recognize a customer was waiting. This establishment also has terrible customer service at the window with employees who cannot properly communicate with customers. Seems like a lack of skills or lack of training on their part. i feel management is lacking and employees need to be more concerned about the customers that come in and pay their paycheck each week. This continues to be a bigger issue everywhere these days with the new generation not caring at all about customer service. The restaurant industry needs a serious reset especially when they are paid the amount of money they are being paid now with the high minimum wage. KFC is not getting their moneys worth when it come to employees and their attitudes about customer service.

When I received our drinks the sodas tasted watered down. Because the ice was halfway melted. They forgot to give us a pot pie that we ordered. I understand people make mistakes and it's fine but they could have thrown in another one for free, I had to drive back and wait for it again. Time and gas wasted.

Last time I posted something for my local KFC was 4 years ago. Well let me give you a Lil history.
I worked as a cook at this KFC when Alma was a manager, so when I go and enjoy my famous bowl with extra gravy I reminisce and can still picture myself in the back doing my thing, it's a pretty supernatural feeling.
So I will continue to visit the walnut KFC cause it brings back good memories.

Ridiculous amount of time, passed my order up and served others after I paid. Was told 16 minutes then after 22 they said 5 minutes.

I ordered through the app and received notifications at each stage of the preparation. My order was hot and ready as soon as I walked through the door. There is a quick pick up shelf. The establishment was very clean inside and out. The staff was friendly. Ordered a bucket of original crispy chicken and 8 piece tenders but the tenders were a little dry and tough and comes with 4 sauces of your choice.

Wrong items in order. Superficial management team members on 2 occasions; and, deceptive stipulations not shared when completing survey that affords the guest "buy 1 chicken sandwich get 1 free".
Would not recommend this KFC.

I arrived and ordered what looked great a 28.00 meal. Fast service but once the food was opened at home WOW.
Cold old bruised chicken full of fat, disgusting. Mac and cheese old dry burned . And a mash potato bowl that was half full. It’s late near closing and they threw fresh to order or even decent food to serve a customer out the window. Not a satisfied customer 30+ dollars thrown away. And disgusted by my ordered food
