Bought the flex 4 years ago. It is for self use. I used it very on and off through the years and stored it safely. Some reason the wire from the flex started not connecting - I assume a loose wire inside as when I move the wire around it sometimes connect. The weird thing is that I never pull on my wires, disconnect and reconnect properly as this thing isn't cheap. I reached out to see if it could get fixed (happy to pay for this) - however they don't have technicians for the flex and suggest I buy a new one for 1.2k something. 4 years usage, some may think it is a long time, however there are ones like Celluma in my clinic which we use and very carelessly maybe I add and they are still in great condition and can see it lasting a lot longer. Very disappointed as I would expect this to be more durable - especially when handled with care. Good when able to use but longevity - no
