Imagine needing a medication that you have to take everyday and your pharmacy won’t help you because they close for lunch at 12:30 and it’s 12:34, they just finished helping a customer right in front of you, and deny helping you even though there is nobody else in line to help. Lying saying their register wouldn’t even work and to come back after 1:04 to get meds even though we were leaving town. It would have taken 1 minute. Fantastic customer service. Top notch. And people wonder why all these stores are closing. I’d rather order online than deal with humans like that. Why do you work there? Horrible.

Garbage pharmacy. They canceled our vaccine appointment after we drove 50 miles to get to the pharmacy. They refused to tell us why the appointment was canceled and then hours later claimed our insurance “wasn’t accepted there”. The insurance in question is Medicare ?. If you’re in the mood for a good clown show, go here. Otherwise, stay away.

The store slightly exceeded expectations. Clean and bright. No vagrants living inside or outside. Didn't observe any stealing. I might have been the only person in the store on this 4th of July. Convenient parking. Convenient self checkout. Came in and got what I needed. What more can you ask for.

Cashier in pharmacy was not helpful. I tried to purchase another item and apply my rewards but she said its not working. I told her to take off the item and i would go to another Cashier. I went to another one and no problem.

Abby is a wonderful, understanding, and is a sweet pharmacist at Niblick CVS. If you have any issues that are reasonable and not against any rules of the pharmacy she will take some time with you to try and resolve them. Now don't do it when there's a long line and crazy busy. Come back when things slow down. Some pharmacist just don't want to do anything that requires their time or them to do a little more to help you with a issue.

Pleasant experience with a recent vaccination for my daughter. The staff was friendly and helpful. Over the phone I was given suggestions for times to come in and expect faster service. These tips were so useful. We were in and out in no time. The kiddo no longer fears needles as the process was painless. My billing went to the insurance and just an overall great job by the CVS Pharmacy on Niblick in Paso Robles.
