One of the worst experiences!
Dropped my car there for a recall, oil change and some other details that were falling apart and covered by the warranty.
The whole thing starts bad when they offer me a rental. I have a hybrid because I drive a lot. They never have a hybrid to offer as a rental. My car I have to fill the tank once a month, the rental I had to fill once a week. And, my car took 3 weeks to get ready.
And that's not even the worst part.
After I was told multiple times my car was "probably gonna be ready" last monday, it never really was until thursday. Thursday and friday I didn't have time available to pick up my car, so had to wait to today (monday).
I text my guy and let him know I'll be there by 11:30 am.
To which he replies "great, I'll have your car down, washed and ready by around 11 am."
I'm thinking this is going to be fast and easy...big mistake!
After I pay for everything and give the receipt to get my car, I start waiting. 5, 10, 15, 20 min and no sign of my car.
When I go enquire about it, another gentleman tried to help me and see why was taking it so long (btw, the only one who was actually concerned about proving good service).
After another 5 min he asks me "do you want you car washed? I know you're in a hurry"
To which I came back to guy #1 who told my car would be ready and clean at 11 am and tell him the big news. He comes with all sorts of excuses why my car isnt clean and of course, none of it it's his fault.
I get my dirty car, open the door, and the door is full os stickers for the replacements they had to do. Poor, unfinished, unpolished, mediocre service.
And to complete the FIVE STAR package, I turn on my car and my tank has 1 MILE worth of fuel to drive out of the dealership!
ONE MILE!!!!!
I could not believe the lack of professionalism and quality this place dealt with me and my car.
I had to go inside and complain one more time!
Guy #1 reaches out to the manager about it, to which the manager says "Don't worry, we'll take care of you. We're gonna give you a full tank of gas".
My tank of gas costs U$30....
Thats is the bare minimum they should have done!
The delay and headache this FULL HOUR confusion took me cost me to lose one client session, look unprofessional and careless to my clientele. Not to mention the loss of money.

I still can't believe the state they returned my car after three weeks of a simple recall!!!
Never again Hyundai in Miami with these guys!
