On-hold with the pharmacy staff for the last 30 minutes. After having to call around to 3 different locations, drive to 2 of the 3 locations to get a run around about why my script still is not ready. It was dropped off yesterday morning and was promised I could pick it up within a few hours. 2 days later just about, I have now wasted over 1.5 hours just on hold alone. Absolutely unacceptable & I see why CVS has stayed ahead of Walgreens in stocks. Don't waste the time. Go anywhere else but Walgreens.

As they say, not all hero’s wear capes! Nikki Green, the pharmacy angel, went above and beyond to help me get medication I desperately needed. I was not able to pay, and she went to battle with my insurance company during a rush. It was for no other reason but to help a random stranger. The world needs more people like her. If I could give 10 stars, I would. Whatever Walgreens is paying her, it is not enough. God is real, I know that when I meet people like her!

Pharmacy is absolute garbage. I call the pharmacy not once, but TWICE to confirm I do not need an appointment for a vaccine. The woman tells me TWICE, “no you don’t need an appointment”. So I drive 35 mins one way because they are the only location carrying this vaccine and the pharmacist tells me, we can’t see you, you need an appointment… this is why no one deals with Walgreens anymore.

Seriously worst Pharmacy ever if they say it will be ready in an hour expect 24 if you need to pick it up through the drive-through expect to be online for over an hour expect them to be rude on the phone and if there’s any issues you better be the one to call and figure it out because they certainly won’t help. Not one to complain but I’ve tried to pick up my meds for different times and finally gave up because I can’t wait any longer. Will definitely be going to CVS next time and all times after this. Avoid this Walgreens like the plague you will not get what you need

Please select a different pharmacy. I switched to this pharmacy because I live right by it. Got sent two prescription last Thursday they didn’t have them ready. No worries. Get a notification a prescription is out of stock okay that’s fine I can wait till it comes in. Friday rolls around and I hear nothing so I call they say they’ll get back to me. I’m able to get one prescription but the one out of stock still which is fine. I called to see when it would be in and they said its not out my doctor just didn’t fill out the dosage right. Okay..well then I understand , call the doctors office on Monday and they said it was filled out properly but they’ll look into it. Doctors office called them, got it resent over and believed everything was fine then I got a notification my prescription was cancelled completely? So I called the doctors office back and they apologized and said they made sure they fixed it. But it wasn’t their fault. Then it says my prescription is out. Like I’m losing my mind I get another prescription sent over today at 11:30 from an eye doctor, they told me it would be ready at 1:08pm. I said okay that’s fine. I wait with my friend who picks it up for me at 2:00 and it’s not ready. Like I need these today. The girl working the counter was really nice, she seemed short staffed. Whatever the management here is please fix this, this is crazy.

This Walgreens pharmacy is probably the worst pharmacy I’ve ever had to deal with. I call and I’m just put on hold over and over again until eventually I’m just hung up on. Even if you call back they don’t tell you “ one moment please” you can just hear them pick up the phone and put it back on hold each time until the line just hangs up. I went into the store and stood by the pharmacy and called their phone to see what the issues was ( there was no one in line but one other person and no line at the window and there were four women back there ) and the woman just picked up the phone pressed hold and put the phone back down without saying anything. And I watched her do it five other times not just to my phone call but others trying to call the pharmacy while she’s just signing there closing prescription bags while someone else is filling them. They also tried to keep me from getting my daughters perscription because they told me that her insurance was in active and I would have to pay the full amount, but when I gave them her card again with the same insurance number on it then it suddenly is active and isn’t going to be an issue and instead of understanding why I was upset and using not so appropriate language they just pass me around to three different people to the point where they were trying to tell me to go somewhere else to pick up her medication because they weren’t going to give it to me because they didn’t want to admit they were wrong and being completely insensitive. If you’re going to choose a Walgreens to fill a prescription CHOOSE ANOTHER LOCATION.
