So many chain stores have robot like service. With employees that
Don’t really seem to care about their job.But assistants like Diego
are the exception. A courteous ,friendly and professional young
man. He greets everyone coming in the store. And he multitasks
the checkout counter like a wizard.
For a small store it can get quite busy. Diego never gets stressed.
There is a smile for everyone. He told me he loves his job and it
shows. Samuel and Javier are great floor managers. although I don’t currently use the pharmacy. I have friends that say it is well managed and friendly staff. Rite Aid you have some great staff
here. Take care of them.

Rite aid is usually where I go for all my medications. Recently I have been trying to quit nicotine and my psychiatrist has been prescribing me the gum for replacement. I went in on Friday to get a refill but they were all out of stock at the pharmacy. The lady told me they would have it in by Saturday Afternoon. I went in Sunday morning to pick it up and it is still out of stock and had not been ordered/delivered. The man working was the opposite of empathetic and did not seem to care at all. He was completing a different prescription while talking to me. They blamed it on the distributors. They told me to come in Monday afternoon and see if it had been delivered. This is quite frustrating as quitting smoking is one of the hardest things to do and if anyone else has tried going cold turkey for three days you might understand my frustration.

Actually the worst experience that I’ve ever had at a pharmacy. They told me that it would be a 10-15 minute wait. After 30 minutes I asked if it was almost done and it seemed as if they had just forgotten I was waiting and told me it’d be ready soon. So after 45 minutes I asked again and the pharmacist said “oh you’re still waiting?” As if she had forgotten, again!!, that I was still there. And finally after over an hour and 15 minutes had gone by I finally went up and told them that was getting impatient and my prescription was all of a sudden ready to go and just sitting next to all of the other filled prescriptions. Oh and did I mention that multiple other people came in, got their prescription, and left while I was just sitting there waiting for mine. Came in at 3:30 and didn’t get out of there until 4:45. I wouldn’t send my worst enemy to this pharmacy. And if you don’t have the most patients any person has ever had, I wouldn’t recommend you go either

This rite aid pharmacy is truly the worst in town. At first I thought it was just a bad day for staff. Then I thought it was just me. But once speaking to others I realized nearly everyone has experienced multiple bad interactions with the staff at the pharmacy (the store staff not at the pharmacy are pleasant and helpful). So it’s not just me. They don’t call your name out after they say they will they’re incredibly difficult to communicate with and are unclear and easily annoyed with questions. Go to ANY other pharmacy in town. Even another rite aid one but not Rite aid on foothill/Santa Rosa

The pharmacy tech I had was incredibly rude. I’ve honestly never experienced a more hostile person. I wish I had gotten her name, but I was so flustered by her affronting behavior. I’m switching pharmacies because of her and would encourage anyone looking for a pharmacy in the neighborhood to go literally anywhere else. And looking at previous reviews, it appears this store makes a habit of employing miserable people. Don’t know if it’s the work culture there or the attitude their employees bring with them. Either way, avoid unpleasant interactions and go somewhere else.

Do not get your Rx here! It’s never filled on time and they could careless if you have to go without your meds because the pharmacist has to “go on lunch “

One of the cashiers, Patty, is consistently short and rude not only to me, but to other customers as well. I come into the store nearly every day, and notice the way she talks to customers as if she is frustrated by the most basic questions customers ask. I’ve wanted to write a review on this for so long, but held back because I wanted to give her grace. However, I went in today and she was so rude to me, which upset me so much that I cried and left. I couldn’t even finish my purchase. If I could, I would give this place zero stars

The cashier was extremely rude. I am 21 years old and she would not give me back my ID and would not let me check out. She had a horrible attitude and was very rude to every customer in front of me. The line was extremely long behind me and did not care. She refused to let me check out because I knew someone who was also in the store walking out as I was checking out. Because we exchanged words, she would not let me check out since he did not have his ID, but he was not purchasing alcohol. She told me I could not even come back “with out him and that I am on video.” I feel horribly disrespected and will not be returning.
