I love shopping at Michael’s, especially for their yarn selection! They have a great variety of colors and textures, and the quality is always solid. Plus, they run awesome sales pretty often, so you can stock up without breaking the bank. I also used their curbside pickup recently, and it was super quick and easy—my order was ready in no time, and the staff was friendly when bringing it out to my car. Definitely recommend Michael’s if you're into crafting, especially if you're looking for good deals on yarn!

Michaels how dare you charge $34.99 for sharpie 5 pack of oil paint markers when they are $6.88 at home Depot you ought to be ashamed of yourself all your stuff is way too expensive and things are locked up that shouldn't be it's just trash. if I didn't need a liquitex high gloss varnish for acrylics I would have never stepped foot in your store and I will never step foot in your store again

They've made a lot of changes to what they carry & seasonal items either are up super early & gone just as fast, or they hardly get any. It's hit or miss. Used to love coming here, because I always found something, but now it's rare I'm excited about what they carry.
They've made a massive push to have their better stuff online to entice you to shop online, or deliver to their store for pick up. Nope. Sorry. If I walk in & am told to order & pick it up, I'll just go elsewhere.

Went in for one specific item which I found easily but after reviewing the item it was not exactly what I wanted. Found an associate to see if they had other options. Associate was not very helpful so I bought the original item. I hope it works for what I need.

I didn't expect to see such a large choice in yarns that I'm unable to find at other stores. Very happy. The lady I spoke to, I think she may have been one of the managers was also very helpful and extremely nice. I'll be back.

Needed to get a receipt from a few weeks and the manager was so unhelpful. I walked in, and the employee who seemed New needed help, and instead of helping her, she gave her a one-word answer, and walked away. The employee clearly needed more help and kept asking her manager, but the manager did not feel like being a a manager today. I felt most bad for the employee who has to work with someone like that.
